Men's health
Men have the same high risk as women for developing different physiological and also pathological hormone imbalance conditions. Both younger and older men can experience problems like loss of energy, memory issues, concentration loss, tiredness and the loss of libido which could all be linked to hormone imbalance.
Conditions such as weight gain, loss of physical strength could be connected with the male hormone testosterone. However, thyroid, adrenal or pancreas hormone imbalance may also play a contributory role.
Hormone replacement therapy and testosterone replacement therapy is not always a solution. Some of these problems are caused by serious diseases. These diseases should be investigated, diagnosed and addressed in time. Many of these problems are physiological and can be reversed by a change of life style, diet, physical exercise and social activity.
